cut down

ok! its time! i think mentally im ready for the work out. my body is obviously not ready for any of the hard work, sweat, stress, and pain but i have to do work to be healthy

i have gain so much weight in the past few months just because of doing nothing and eating so much that i can. now that im having a hard time fitting in my clothes id rather do something about it like to work out at least 2 hrs a day (mostly cardio) then spend my money buying bigger clothes.

anyway, im targeting to cut at least 15lbs for now. i have to commit on a lot of things in order to make this work. i need to do more than 15lbs but im not gonna say how much i really wanna loose.

wish me luck! i need it. haha
