So just to update my cut down project... This is the 3rd week of exersice and diet. So far on the 1st and 2nd week I went to the gym with bigmac almost every day. Missed a day or two and I have been consistent on my food intake as well. 3rd week started and I got me a bike, and so as bigmac. We started cycling around Aliante parkway with friends. 1st day was 8 miles, 2nd was 10.5 miles and 7.4 miles last night. I'm proud of that! Gotta do 1 more before we head out to cali tom morning.
I'll try to update again in a few weeks. I havnt really check my weight but I feel a lot better for sure.
